Our caregivers provide companionship, bathing and shower assistance, dressing, toileting and incontinence care, grooming and personal hygiene, mobility and transfer assistance, meal preparation and feeding assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation and errands, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, overnight care, respite care, and additional support for clients receiving hospice or home health services.
Cloud9 has a four-hour minimum per visit and a minimum of 12 hours of care per week.
Care can begin within 24 hours following the initial free in-home consultation.

Yes. Cloud9 caregivers are screened and background checked as part of our hiring process.
The free consultation gives us an opportunity to meet the client and family and learn about the client’s needs, diagnosis, daily routines, preferences, personality, and the type of assistance they need. This information helps us select the caregiver or caregivers who are best suited to the client’s individual needs and personality.

We will also review the plan for services and complete the necessary service agreement. The service agreement is not a long-term binding contract, and families are not required to commit to care for a specific length of time.
